Some Changes

Recent experiences with individual clients requesting language services (both translation and interpreting) have triggered a change in our policy regarding requests from individuals.

Note that these conditions do NOT apply to corporate or law/patent firm clients.

Disclosure of identity and location

To evoke a response from us, requests from individuals must include the full name and the full address of the individual. If that information is not disclosed, the inquiry will be ignored.

Pre-payment in full

No work for an individual will be started until we receive payment full payment of the amount agreed-to by a prior quotation. For translation requests, we need to receive the document to be translated beforehand to be able to issue a quotation.

US Military personnel

We can no longer accept requests for language services from individual US military personnel.
