I preserved my IJET-7 presentation paper as a scanned version of the original. It has apparently been deleted or lost from the JAT website, and it is very unlikely that it will be found and restored.
This presentation was made at a time in the history of translation when patents were still being translated by human professionals. There is strong evidence, however, that we are seeing the end of that era, as entities using AI are quickly and effectively bringing the need to pay human professionals to translate patents to an end.
